Reunion News WWCT Reunion After Action and Lessons Learned Report Sorry some of you missed it. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Thursday night brought approx. 100 CT warriors, Friday approx. 210, and Saturday approx. 270. No arrests, injuries, or brawls took place but a lot of war stories were told. We did manage to drink 13 kegs of beer, bratwurst and knockwurst cooked by our 7th's own Slim Connors and Evans Glausier on Friday night, BBQ delivered by Sonny's BBQ and served by SGI, and all the leftovers went to the FWB Waterfront Mission. They were extremely appreciative. On Sunday we had approx. 100 CT Air Commandos attend the Memorial Service at the Hurlburt Field Air Park. Our very own Bill Hudspeth provided the invocation and another 7th member and now 23rd Air Force Vice Commander, Air Force Special Operations Command/A31, Col Col Ray Chapman was the keynote speaker and you can find his remarks at the link below. You'll definitely want to read this! WWCT 2010 Memorial Service Speech During our business meeting we elected Andrew "Drew" Cunar to the 7th Board of Directors, and Alan Goldsborough as our new Secretary. The remaining officers will serve out their terms until the next reunion. Speaking of reunions, the SGI will sponsor a CT reunion in Sep/Oct 2011 and the 7th will sponsor another reunion 19-22 May 2012 at the Quality Inn in Ft Walton Beach again. We have also agreed to begin palnning to return to Mildenhall for a reunion on 7 July 2017 (777). We started posting reunion pictures in our "Gallery" so go check it out. If you have photos from the reunion, please upload them and add the to the "Gallery" WWCT 2010 Reunion album. You should also check our "Sons of the 7th" and "Blackbird Talons" pages on FaceBook.
